Here are the first two proposals that won the Vintage Jesus DVD giveaway.

1."I work at a youth ranch in Central Illinois. The ranch is in place to give Biblical Counseling and guidance to young men who have been considered an endangerment to themselves and others. Most guys here have parents that do not know what to do with them any more. The guys have sin in their life that society has put a label on and said they need help to fix their problems. We are here to confront these guys with there heart issues and give them the Gospel to help save their soul so they can "fix" their issues. Most of these guys come from "Christian" homes and the parents just don't know how to handle the situation. I plan on using the Vintage Jesus to introduce a correct view of Jesus to these guys. I will use the dvds on a weekly basis, to teach the boys about their Savior and the need they have for him. Most of the material anyone has tried to use the guys see right through the fluff and want more and need deeper substance."

2.I currently work as a youth pastor ministering to the children of mainland Chinese that attend the University of Oklahoma. Our Chinese outreach ministry is located inside a Baptist Church here in Norman, who obviously have it on their hearts to reach the nations with the Gospel, given that they made the effort to bring the nations to them (not something that can be said of most churches in America). China desperately needs the Gospel. Less than 2% of China is Christian, and that's a ton of lost people considering that China has over a billion people living in it. I would use these videos as a tool to equip the Chinese Ministry I work in to better reach the Chinese around them, whether that be here in the States or back in mainland China. Lord knows the Gospel is needed in both places.
